Secretary/Treasurer

The Secretary/Treasurer shall be appointed by the President (by the President-Elect in the year prior to beginning to serve as President for terms starting on January 1 of the following year). Whether these are separate positions or one combined position is left to the discretion of the individual making the appointment. The Secretary shall be responsible for keeping the records of the AdCom.
