The UFFC-S Publicity Committee is seeking volunteers with a strong interest in social media and science communication, particularly in social media marketing.

Volunteers will support a range of publicity activities, including promoting events (in-person, hybrid, or virtual), highlighting research breakthroughs, launching new outreach initiatives, and helping expand the Society’s global reach. Applicants from all IEEE regions (1–10) are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities:

  • Attend monthly meetings to review activities and coordinate future publicity strategies

  • Assist in creating content and promotional materials for online platforms and events

  • Collaborate with other UFFC-S committees such as the Web Team, Women in Engineering, and the Newsletter Team
