Wouldn't it be great to have a 100% match between who you are as a person and what you do professionally? In this one-and-a-half-hour workshop, you will explore which next step on your career journey, either big or small, might help you towards realizing this match.

Workshop Agenda

  • Welcome and warm-up
  • Introduction of the COPARESA framework (Context, Competence, Passion, Relevance, Salary)
  • Creating and sharing a draft of your personal COPARESA profile, in small subgroups
  • Peer coaching: What simple and concrete action will help me to synchronize my personal profile with my professional path?

Please be aware that this will be a dynamic workshop, in which you will be invited to actively participate and contribute.

Workshop Facilitator
This workshop will be facilitated by Niels Tekke from The Netherlands. He is a managing partner at Meerkat and a seasoned expert in organizational, professional, and leadership development. He supports a broad array of international organizations, including several universities, such as TU Eindhoven and TU Delft. For these universities, he works as a lector and coach of Ph.D. candidates and Postdocs. He holds a master's degree in Communication Science and is certified in several methods in the field of Human Development, like the Birkman method and Appreciative Inquiry.
