I have a broad background in ultrasound, materials, and resonators, but the majority of my career has been in the design, modeling, and construction of ultrasound transducers for medical applications, including diagnostics and therapy. My leanings have always been entrepreneurial and I currently run a medical ultrasound therapy company, Acoustiic. I have had multiple roles in UFFC over the last few years, including IUS Gp 5 TPC Chair, Associate EiC of the Transactions, Elected Member, General C-Chair for IUS2020, and now President for 2020/21.
