Description
The Deputy supports the Chair in leading the committee by sharing ideas, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. They should attend all meetings, actively participate in discussions, and help the team achieve its goals. The Deputy also keeps the committee organized, reminds members of their responsibilities, and steps in when the Chair needs assistance. Their role is to maintain smooth operations and foster collaboration among members.
