All registration fees are in USD. Registrations will be subject to a 5% VAT.
Presenting authors should complete a registration by August 11, 2024.
In-Person Registration Fees
In-person registration will include access to the technical sessions (September 23 - 26), welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks (September 23 - 26), exhibit hall, CONFlux virtual platform access, and a downloadable copy of the proceedings (post-conference). The virtual platform will include pre-recorded videos for all lecture and poster presentations and will be available a few days before the conference.
One-day registration is $380. This is not valid for presenting authors.
*Recent graduates: If you are still in your first year past graduation/completing your PhD, you may register at the student rate.

LMIC Discount
***Virtual attendees studying/residing in Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries are granted a 75% discount. UFFC-JS 2024 will recognize countries on this list (only those in the Low-Income or Lower-Middle Income sections). Please contact Jenna Yockim to be provided a discount code. The discount may only apply to your current country of study/residence.
Group Registration
If you have 3 participants from the same organization that completed a paid (in-person or virtual) registration, you can receive up to 7 complimentary VIRTUAL registrations for colleagues within the same organization (complimentary registration types must be equal to or lesser than the lowest paid rate). *Email domain MUST be the same.
Example: If you have 2 non-members and 1 student member paid registrations, the complimentary virtual registrations must be at the student member rate or below.
Complimentary virtual registrations are only valid for non-presenting attendees. Presenting authors must have a paid registration.

Short Courses & Tutorials
Short courses and tutorials will be held in person only on Sunday, September 22. Prices listed are for the full day, which is all-inclusive.

Virtual attendees can watch the recorded tutorials up to 30 days after the conference ends. These will not be streamed live.

Registration will include a welcome reception ticket.
Additional Welcome Reception Ticket: $60

Attendee Gala Dinner Ticket: $25
*Guest tickets can be purchased for $80.
Wire Transfer Payment
Attendees who would like to pay by bank transfer should email the registration manager, Jenna Yockim (jyockim@conferencecatalysts.com), to select this option. Wire Transfers are non-refundable and cannot be requested/processed after September 8, 2024.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to Jenna Yockim. Cancellation is only valid if you receive an acknowledgment from the organizers.
Cancellations received on or before 25 August 2024 will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
Participants unable to travel due to visa issues or travel restrictions can request to switch the onsite registration to virtual registration at any time before 6 September 2024 by emailing Jenna Yockim. They must show justification for the travel restriction, and registration conversion to virtual is only valid if they receive an acknowledgment from the organizers.
Virtual registration can be converted, upon request, to onsite registration. The payment made for the virtual registration will be subtracted from the applicable onsite registration fee.
