New Student Representatives

Three new student representatives to AdCom have been appointed by Clark Nguyen, UFFC-S President, to serve from 2017-2018. Student representatives to AdCom participate actively in discussions and work groups to help shape the future of the UFFC-S.

Past events organized by AdCom student representatives that have taken place at UFFC-S symposia include: student breakfasts and mixers; student/employer networking events that encourage intermingling between students and those who might someday employ them; worldwide contests or challenges, such as the recent photo contest at ISAF; and special tutorials, e.g., on the use of specific finite element software.

Student UFFC-S members are warmly invited to communicate with their student representatives to learn more about initiatives, events and other news or to make suggestions.
