IEEE Transactions on UFFC: New version of Manuscript Central (V4)

On October 28, 2008 the system that supports our online submission and review site has been upgraded to Version 4. The system that we had been using for the past seven years was no longer being supported by the vendor. The new site has extensive tutorials and instructions for the users. There are many new features that the authors, reviewers and associate editors will appreciate.
