The IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control (UFFC) Society is seeking a Co-Chair for its Women in Engineering (WIE) committee. This volunteer leadership role supports the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women across the Society's technical communities in ultrasonics, ferroelectrics, and frequency control.

Key Responsibilities:

Help organize mentorship programs, networking events, and panel discussions at UFFC-sponsored conferences (e.g., IUS, ISAF, IFCS)
Support outreach efforts to increase visibility of women's contributions in acoustics, ferroelectrics, and frequency control research
Provide assistance to expand student and early-career researcher support
