The Deputy Chair of the Young Professionals (YP) Committee supports the Chair in leading initiatives that engage, represent, and develop early-career members of the IEEE UFFC Society. The Deputy Chair plays a key leadership role in planning programs, coordinating activities, and ensuring continuity of leadership within the committee. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of early career members and to influence the future direction of the society’s YP engagement. The Deputy Chair will help plan and deliver YP-focused initiatives, such as networking sessions, mentorship events, and career development activities.
Qualifications: Active member of the IEEE UFFC Society, preferably within 10 years of obtaining initial professional degree.
