Yutong Liu is a 5th year PhD candidate at Cornell University in Prof. Amit Lal’s SonicMEMS group. She received bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University in 2016. In her PhD study, she works on the CMOS integrated gigahertz sonar for through silicon communication and sensing applications, and proposed an optically driven sonic Fourier transform computation method using gigahertz AlN transducers.
