I am presently working as a Senior Data Scientist at GE Healthcare, Bangalore in Clinical Care Solutions Group. Our team develops devices, software and Artificial Intelligence solutions for ECG monitoring, respiratory care, anaesthesia delivery, neonatal intensive care, labour & delivery, women’s health, preoperative and home care. As a data scientist in the group, I work on clinical numeric data, waveforms, and ultrasound images with an aim to develop solutions for clinical decision support and automation of diagnosis. In 2019, I completed my Masters from Department of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. I did my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (EE) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. I have worked for 10 years in different domains of science, technology, and education after completing my graduation in 2008. My experience spans software development, consultancy, entrepreneurship, education, and data science. During Masters I was mentored by Prof. Phaneendra K. Yalavarthy as GE Fellow.
