My research is focused on the innovation of medical ultrasound systems capable of improving diagnostic efficacy and patient welfare. My work involves the design, modeling, simulation, fabrication, and testing of novel transducer hardware for both conventional and quantitative ultrasound imaging regimes. Our group aims to develop 3D ultrasound scanners, intravascular ultrasound probes for elasticity imaging, and more. My academic efforts are dedicated to bringing these visions into reality.
