Debra Coler has recently retired as the Vice President of OEwaves, Inc. She came to OEwaves in 2002 from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Debra has served in several capacities at OEwaves including Controller, Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO. She recently moved to Boise, Idaho where she plans to retire. Debra has served as Finance Chair for IFCS Conferences for several years and she was recognized in 2019 as the first woman General Chair of the IEEE International Frequency Control Symposium (IFCS) and SFMC European Frequency and Time Forum (EFTF), she received the prestigious SFMC "Diploma" Honneur for her contributions. Debra joined the AdCom of UFFC-S in 2010 as Society Secretary and in 2019 she was appointed as VP of Finance.
