Nominations open for VP Ferroelectrics: Deadline March 31 2021

The IEEE UFFC Society’s Ferroelectrics Standing Committee invites nominations (including self-nominations) for consideration as Vice President (VP) for Ferroelectrics. Interested candidates please see the call for the VP Ferroelectrics nominations. The VP for Ferroelectrics serves as the Chair of the Ferroelectrics Standing Committee (FerroCom) and is the primary liaison between FerroCom and the UFFC Society’s Administrative Committee (AdCom). The VP for Ferroelectrics informs AdCom of developments which may affect its operations and plans, and prepares written and oral reports for presentations to the AdCom at its meetings. The VP of Ferroelectrics gathers information from IEEE, from other IEEE Societies, from non-IEEE sources, where appropriate, to establish a point of reference for the Society’s operations, and in general, to remain aware of the status of the Society within its sphere of Ferroelectrics.
