Signing up to be alerted whenever a new issue of the IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control, is posted in IEEE Xplore is easy. At the home page of IEEE Xplore, http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/, near the top, select My Settings, and then Content Alerts. Sign in with your personal IEEE account (not your institutional account) and then put a check-mark next to the "Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control, IEEE Transactions on" and any other journals in which you are interested.
