EFTF-IFCS 2022 Joint TPC Paper Selection Meeting Updates:
The JTPC paper selection meeting has taken place on 24 January 2022. The virtual meeting was hosted by Technical Co-Chairs, Yann Le Coq (LNE-SYRTE, France) and Andrew Ludlow (National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA), of EFTF-IFCS 2022. The Technical Co-Chairs gave a briefing by updating the preparation and arrangement for the joint EFTF-IFCS 2022, which will be held 24-28th of April 2022 in Paris and going through the tasks to be done in the JTPC meeting. The full TPC was then divided into break-out rooms for each of the technical groups to discuss abstracts acceptance/rejection and decide the program and session chairs and student paper competition judges. Since the conference will be in a hybrid format, the assignment of papers to sessions depended not only on the topics but also on the author’s geographical location. The meeting adjourned separately once the group has finished the assigned tasks.
