The 2025 IEEE Annual Election will start on 15 August and end on 1 October 2025 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time USA (16:00 UTC). The listing order of the IEEE Division II Delegate-Elect/Director-Elect candidates was determined by a lottery process and indicates no preference.

The candidates for 2026 IEEE Division II Delegate-Elect/Director-Elect are as follows:

  • Salvatore Baglio (Nominated by Division II)

  • Mark E. Schafer (Nominated by Division II)
