2026 IEEE UFFC Society Distinguished Lecturer Award in Ultrasonics

The IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society is pleased to announce that Keith Wear has been named the recipient of the 2026 IEEE UFFC Society Distinguished Lecturer Award for Ultrasonics.

As part of this honor, Dr. Wear will present 20–40 lectures worldwide during 2026 on the topic: “Measurement of Acoustic Pressure with Hydrophones.”

Dr. Wear is actively scheduling lectures, and institutions, chapters, and organizations interested in hosting a Distinguished Lecturer event are encouraged to participate.
