Frequency Control Standing Committee Vice Chair

The Vice-Chair is appointed by the Chair and works closely with the Chair on all Committee matters to gain an understanding of issues, governance, and all aspects of Committee operations, and may be asked to preside over Committee meetings in the event of absence of the Chair.
