FerroSchool 2025

The IEEE UFFC Ferroschools have traditionally been a great meeting point between the young generations of students and early career researchers in the field of ferroelectrics and more senior scientists, with a strong focus on the learning aspects and knowledge transfer: the right place to get educated about all the science questions that are often not in the books and papers, and discuss about the state of the art of the field. The 6th IEEE UFFC Ferroschool will cover the main topics of the Ferroelectrics
section of the UFFC with a balanced content of theory and experimental learning, by taking advantage of the instruments and capabilities available at the Center of Nanophase Materials Sciences (CNMS), which is a US Department of Energy, Office of Science User Facility at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). Scientific exchange and networking opportunities will be offered through a range of activities.
