    The lecture was invited by Prof Andrea Ferrero from Keysigth at the Santa Rosa headquarter inviting the engineers and scientist working in the development of measuring and testing system. The audience composed by about 50 people was extremely interested and stimulated a lot of questions. The importance of the IEEE DL program was acknowledged.The lecture was also transmitted by WebEx to other Keysight facilities

    About 10 people including professional geodesist, deep space communication expert, and Post Doc. The group was very excited in those days for the launch of 2 minisatellites developed in the NSW University
