Professor Pai-Chi Li, 2019/2020 IEEE UFFC Distinguished Lecture, has been circling the globe to lecture upon invitation. Here are a few highlights from some of his recent visits.

IEEE UFFC Distinguished Lecturer, Professor Pai-Chi Li, from National Taiwan University visited the University of Hong Kong and was invited by Professor Wei-Ning Lee at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. On April 3, 2019, Professor Pai-Chi Li presented the IEEE UFFC Distinguished Lecture at the Chow Yei Ching Lecture Theater A. Academic staff and Ph.D. students from The University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology attended the lecture. The lecture was followed by a highly engaged and active Q&A session. The audience posed a variety of questions about topics such as preclinical photoacoustics, anisotropy of extracellular matrix and cancerous cell migration.

IEEE UFFC Distinguished Lecturer, Professor Pai-Chi Li, from National Taiwan University visited the University of Oxford and presented the IEEE UFFC Distinguished Lecture On March 21, 2019 at the Ludwig Seminar Room. Academic staff and students from he Department of Oncology, the Institute of Biomedical Engineering and the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology participated. The lecture was followed by a highly engaged and active Q&A session on various related subjects. A lab tour in the biomedical ultrasonics, biotherapy and biopharmaceuticals laboratory (BUBBL) from IBME was arranged by Dr. Richard Browning and a tour of the linear accelerator core at the Department of Oncology was arranged by Professor Boris Vojnovic.
