Nominator's Justification

Write a brief synopsis of the nominee’s key contributions to the frequency control and timing communities as it relates to the nominee’s qualification for the award under consideration. This information will be used by the combined voting membership of the Frequency Control Standing Committee (FCSC) and the IFCS Technical Program Committee to evaluate the candidates. If appropriate, the statement should reflect how the nominee has directly influenced, guided or advanced the work of the nominator. Include any teaching or mentoring provided by the nominee to the frequency control and timing communities.

This text will be transferred directly to the nominee’s voting page, so word count is constrained. A nominator’s justification exceeding 300 words will be truncated.
